Sudip is an Executive Coach, facilitator and motivational speaker who is recognized for his adeptness in connecting with his audience and clients.

He brings to his conversations the scope and depth of over 25 years of experience in, Banking, Payments, Telecommunication and Automobile industries; having worked for Citibank, Tata Group companies and Visa International in multiple countries with roles spanning across customer acquisition and retention, customer life cycle management, product management, risk management, merger & acquisition, business development, and partnership.

A storyteller by heart, Sudip blends various coaching methodologies and techniques to partner with his clients in creating a confidential, supportive and appropriately challenging space, to enable his clients to reflect, learn and achieve sustained positive change and progress.

By education and training, Sudip a Masters in Business Administration from Asian Institute of Management, Manilla; an ICF Professionally Certified Coach (PCC), Marshal Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching and GCG Certified Coach and team coach, a certified NLP Master Practitioner and trained in Mental game (Paddy Upton - The Mental game – Elite level certification).

Sudip has served on the board of the ICF Mumbai chapter and a mentor with torch. He also serves on the Board of Studies – for HSNC University Mumbai and Jai Hind College
